LYSL Jamboree
FIRST ANNUAL "UNDER THE LIGHTS" JAMBOREE
HOSTED BY LITTLETON YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE

LYSL hosted their 1st ever youth soccer Jamboree, with teams from surrounding towns invited to Apthorp Common Field to play night games “Under the Lights”.  100+ kids from Lincoln, Bethlehem, Lisbon & Haverhill took part in the games, separated into two nights of grade 3-4 & 5-6 groups.  LYSL uses the US Youth Soccer mentality of co-ed, small-sided game play: 7 v 7 for grade 3-4 and 8 v 8 for grade 5-6, on smaller 40 x 60 yd fields…all which are more age-appropriate for these age groups.
